About Me
I’m Rachael Winn, MA, NCC, LPCA, and I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating the many challenges that come with being human. My clients may be working through anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, grief, self-esteem, emotional regulation, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next.
My approach to counseling is integrative and individualized, meaning I don’t believe therapy should look exactly the same for everyone. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to your personality, needs, goals, and where you are in your life. Sometimes that means practical tools, new perspectives, and clear goals. Other times, it means slowing down, getting curious about patterns, and creating space for the things you may not feel able to talk about anywhere else.
I know that opening up to someone new can feel vulnerable. My goal is to offer a space that feels genuine, accepting, collaborative, and judgment-free—where you can feel heard without feeling like you have to have everything figured out.
Therapy isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, recognizing what is and isn’t working, and finding a path forward that feels authentic to you.
